The Round
The Round is a monthly event held at the Fremont Abbey in Seattle, WA. Founded by Nathan Marion in 2005, The Round has occurred for 187 consecutive months (as of December 2020) and is largely volunteer-powered.

SALVAGE
SALVAGE is an immersive, multi-sensory installation currently in the process of being built at MadArt Studio in Seattle, WA. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, this monumental work includes reclaimed driftwood, light, and sound compositions.

Project (re)CREATE
Project (re)CREATE is a multimedia arts event discussing the cycles of creation through new music, visual art, and performance. This project highlights the pivotal moment where letting go is met with starting again. Just as Creation itself is in a constant state of renewal, I hope to bring a renewed perspective to the ways we can activate our own creative agencies.
Great Expectations: Combined Ensembles Concert
Join us for an extraordinary finale to our academic year with a combined concert of the SPU Choirs, Wind Ensemble, and Orchestra. The evening will include performances of works composed with “great expectations” for their premiere. We are so excited to welcome you to this celebratory event which will feature a full performance of Beethoven’s Mass in C major.

Schoenhals Visiting Artist Series Features Jazz Great Joseph Daley
Seattle Pacific University Music Department is proud to present the 2020 Schoenhals Visiting Artist, Joseph Daley. A composer, teacher, and musician, Daley is recognized as one of America’s jazz elders. His seminal work, The Seven Deadly Sins, will be featured in a concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, January 31, at First Free Methodist Church.
